شابة جميلة تُدعى شيلا تواسون كانت تعيش مع والدتها. كانوا فقراء للغاية ويمكن أن يكسبوا لإدارة
احتياجاتهم. شيلا تبلغ من العمر 19 عامًا. وهي رقيقة ولديها عيونٌ بُنية فاتحة. أيضا ، لديها شعراً طويلٌ أشقر

قبل أن تعود ابنتها إلى المنزل. عندما

سمعت والدتها الأخبار وسرعان ما وصلت إلى المستشفى. عندما وصلت ، كانت ابنتها لا تزال في غرفة
العمليات. بعد ذلك بخمس عشرة دقيقة ، يسأل
الطبيب من هو ولي شيلا تواسون. تقدم ماريا

اليوم. لم تستطع ماريا الانتظار

عمياء في سن مبكرة لذلك قررت أن تعطي عينيها لأنها تعتقد أن ابنتها بحاجة إليها
أكثر منها. تضحي بعيونها من أجل مستقبل
ابنتها. شعر كينيث بالأسف على شيلا. يزور صديقتها ويسألها عن أسفه ، لكن شيلا كانت
لا تزال فاقدة للوعي. يتحدث كينيث إلى أم
شيلا ويطلب الصفح. بسبب هذا الحادث أدرك
كينيث للتو أنه لم يكن جيداً وقرر التغيير.
تعتني بشيلا جيدًا حتى تتعافى. عندما
استيقظت شيلا رأت كينيث أولاً. تسأل شيلا

تجلس وتغني التهليل الذي كانت تغنيه عندما كانت شيلا لا تزال طفلة. عندما كانت ماريا على وشك الوقوف والداخل سمعت
صوتًا مألوفًا يغني تهليلها. توقفت وبدأت
في البكاء وعرفت أنها ابنتها. ركضت شيلا
إلى والدتها وتعانقها بإحكام. جثت على
ركبتيها وطلبت الصفح عن كل ما فعلته. أمها
أمسكت بيدها وحصلت على موقفها ثم لمست وجه ابنتها الجميل. بعد ذلك ، عادوا إلى منزلهم الصغير ليعيشوا

A Mother’s
Sacrifice
There was a
beautiful young lady named Sheila Tuason who used to live with her mother. They
were very poor and could earn to manage their needs. Sheila is 19 years old.
She is thin and she has a pair of light- brown eyes. Also, she has a long,
blonde, and wavy hair, has a fair white skin with long- thin legs, delicate
fingers, beautiful arms and a sexy body. Her mother was Maria Tuason, a single
parent. Maria was a hard working mother and very supportive to Sheila. Despite
of their poorness Sheila’s mother use to sustain all the things she needs.
Especially, Sheila is now a College student in Silliman University. She was a
very intelligent student because of that she becomes a scholar student. Sheila
has everything for she's an intelligent, beautiful and loved by her mother very
much. Aside from that, she was not contented and wants more than that. Indeed,
she was not satisfied. She wanted to be rich like her friends. Her mother was
just poor and can only manage to earn their daily needs. She also wanted all
the earthly and expensive things that her friends had though his mother could
not afford for it. Sheila was embarrassed by it that's why she never tells her
friends about her real status. Sheila goes out for party with her friends
without care to her mother who is waiting outside in their small nipa house.
She dance like a wild animal in the zoo. She drinks liquors like a cow that didn’t
drink for years. She didn’t mind the time and had no intention to go home.
Maria was very worried to her daughter so she went to her neighbour Delia to
ask if she had seen Sheila. Their neighbours didn’t see her nor do neither know
where is she. Maria went to his brother Mario and asks for help in order to
find Sheila. Her brother tried to contact his niece but her phone keeps on
ringing. A few minutes later, Mario’s phone rings (kring…kring…kring…) and he
pick it up. Sheila’s friend was calling and said, “Is this the parent of
Sheila?” then he answered “No, this is her uncle, do you know where she is? Her
mother was very worried for her”. Sheila’s friend answered, “Yes, sir I know
where is she”. Sheila’s mother together with his uncle went to the said address
to pick Sheila. As soon as they arrived, Sheila’s friend accompanied her
mother. When her mother try to assist and convince her to go home she push her
mother and shouted “Who are you, you’re such a freak, don’t you ever touch me,
you’re not my mother, who are you?” After a moment of silence Sheila’s mother
got shock and tries to understand her daughter. Her mother decided to go home
while his uncle didn’t get what is happening. Maria could not help herself to
think what happened. She could not stop herself to cry and worry about her
beloved daughter. She kneeled, bows her head and began to pray. Early in the
morning, Maria cooks the favorite food of Sheila. She prepared it before her
daughter comes home. When Sheila got home she directly go to shower and dress
up to go to school. Her mother calls her for breakfast but Sheila pretends that
she didn’t hear her mother. There was a guy named Kenneth Gonzaga. He is a tall
handsome with a brown skin he had the sex appeal that could catch every
attention of the girls. He is a kind of boy that uses girls for benefits in
other words he’s a playboy. Kenneth has a tricks that he will bring he’s girls
in an expensive restaurant then pretend that he forgot to bring his wallet or
reason out that his wallet is gone. After that he will ask the girl to pay
their bills. Kenneth used Sheila as his past time when he got bored. He even
doesn’t know the status of her girlfriend. All he had known about Sheila was
just a lie. He thought that he got the jackpot. On February 14, Kenneth use
he’s trick to Sheila. Sheila didn’t expect for it, she had no money. She thinks
way how to pay it because she don’t want to tell the truth that she had no
money also for her to keep her secret safe. Sheila calls her mother and asks a
big amount of money but.
her mother do not have that kind of money. Sheila lied
to her mother she said, “Mother I need to finish and complete my project I need
5,000 pesos right now or other else I will fail”. Since her mother doesn’t want
to fail her daughter she borrows money to her neighbours. Maria takes the money
to Sheila. The young lady told her mother to leave it to the school guard.
After a few minutes, Sheila told Kenneth that she needs to go in the comfort
room but the truth is she needs to go out and get the money. Sheila run off,
she’s in a hurry so that Kenneth won’t notice her. The restaurant and their
school was just 1 km away. Sheila was in a hurry. She cross the crossing and
was able to get the money in the school guard. On her way back, he got slip in
the slippery road because of that she injured her left ankle and was not able
to move. There was a fast approaching bus the road was slippery the bus driver
was out of control and Sheila could not move. She just close her eyes and heard
the loud “Beeeeeeeeep, beep, beep”. When she did not feel anything she opens
her eyes and breathes a deep breath. The bus was able to stop and it was so
close to her. When she try to move there was a motorcycle that got out of
control and bump at her. It cause much injure to Sheila. All the people
surround at her and tried to help. Sheila was still unconscious when she got to
the hospital. Her mother heard the news and went fast to the hospital. When she
arrived, her daughter was still in the operating room. Fifteen minutes later,
the doctor asks who the guardian of Sheila Tuason is. Maria present herself and
the doctor give a good news which is Sheila was now safe but the doctor explain
that Sheila’s eyes got damage most and probably she could not see for the rest
of her life. Maria cried and worried much to her beloved daughter. She could
not bear that her daughter will be blind. She ask the doctor what to do and
what is the best thing to do but the doctor said “I have nothing to do Ms.
Tuason unless there will be an eye donor for your daughter”. The man who drove
the motorcycle was also in a critical condition. He was so drunk that day which
caused him into accident. The family of that man was very sorry for what
happened. The doctor said, “The condition of the patient was critical I could
not assure that he will be able to wake up since his spinal cord got much
damage and hit his head that cause him coma, there is only 3% chance for him to
wake up and if he wake up he could not be able to move, talk and etc.”. The
family lost hope and was very sorry and they decided to donate an eye. When
Maria heard that her daughter got an eye donor she was very happy. She always
prays to God that the operation will become successful. The operation was
scheduled 3 days starting from that day. Maria could not wait for it. After a
few minutes Maria heard that the donor of her daughter died. She got
disappointed and lost hope. She cry and cry while bowing her head and praying
to God. She could not think clearly what to do. After 25 minutes she went to
the doctor and decided to give her eyes to her daughter. She could not bear
that her daughter will be blind at a young age so she decided to give her eyes
because she believe that her daughter needed it more than her. She sacrifices
her eyes for her daughter future. Kenneth felt sorry for Sheila. He visits her
girlfriend and ask sorry for her but Sheila was still unconscious. Kenneth
talks to the mother of Sheila and ask forgiveness. Because of that incident
Kenneth had just realize that it was not good and decided to change. He takes
good care Sheila until she recovers. When Sheila wakes up she saw Kenneth
first. Sheila asks what happened then her boyfriend explain it to her every
detail. Sheila cried after she heard what happened she find her mother but she
could not find her. Maria decided that after the operation she will stay at her
sister house at Davao Oriental because she thinks it’s for the better. She
really loves much her daughter. She’s willing to give her life and endure all
things just for her daugh
ter. Months later, Maria was sitting and singing the
lullaby she used to sing when Sheila was still a baby. When Maria was about to
stand and go inside she heard a familiar voice singing her lullaby. She stops
and starts to cry she knew that it was her daughter. Sheila run to her mother
and hug her tightly. She kneeled down and asks forgiveness for all the things
she did. Her mother held her hand and gets her stand then touches the beautiful
face of her daughter. After that they day, they went back to their small nipa
house and live happily.
